Policies

• Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full and proper service.
• Please inform your stylist or colorist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medications so that we may better service your needs.
• Services at Urban Style Lab are departmentalized.
• Blow-dry is not included in color only appointments. We welcome clients to blow-dry their own hair or please schedule a blow-dry with a stylist or stylist assistant after the color process.
• For your safety and convenience, please keep all valuables with you. Urban Style Lab is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Urban Style Lab accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and cash. We cannot accept personal checks, and gratuities may not be added to credit card sales.
