• Please be aware that services at Urban Style Lab are departmentalized.
• Please be aware that a blow-dry is not included in color only appointments. Clients may blow-dry their own hair or may schedule with a stylist or stylist assistant after the color process.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full and proper service.
• Please inform your stylist or colorist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medications so that we may better service your needs.
• For your safety and convenience please keep all valuables with you, Urban Style Lab is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
• Urban Style Lab accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, and cash. Please be aware that we do not accept personal checks and gratuities may not be added to credit card sales.
• Please note that Urban Style Lab does not offer refunds on services, but we will do everything we can to accommodate any issues that may arise.
